RETURNS POLICY

What do I do if I no longer want a product?
You can request the return of a product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.

The return of a product purchased from the site can be done within a maximum of 14 calendar days (10 working days) from the date of purchase, respecting the following conditions:
The products must not show traces of use. Cosmetics must be sealed.
The products are not necessarily returned in the original packaging (the packaging in which they were purchased) but with all the accessories and the label intact (no traces of use, damage, impact);
The returned products are from the same batch and are in the current merchandise stock of the seller. Any manufacturing defect, lack of parts reported by the customer is subject to return. Who will deliver the ordered products to me?
Orders are delivered using Cargus' courier service.

 

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed between Monday and Friday will reach their destination within 24 hours - 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday (after 16.00), Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesdays or Wednesdays of the following week.
During the holidays and during commercial campaigns (such as BlackFriday), the maximum delivery time for an order can increase to five working days. Any delay in this interval is not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the courier company.

 

How much is the shipping?
 

* Shipping price will be as follows:
• For the delivery of orders on the Romanian territory, the tariff is standard, of 15 lei (VAT included).
 

• For orders over 500 lei, transport is free **.
• For the refund payment, the payment processing fee is 4 lei (VAT included).

 

* The transport price does not increase or decrease depending on the weight of the package, unless the weight of the package exceeds 3 kilograms.
** Free applies only to packages not exceeding 3 kilograms.

How do I track delivery?
After the order is placed to Cargus, a tracking code will be generated. You will receive this code by email and you will be able to see the status of your order. If you have registered and registered as a customer on you can track the status of your order in the order history.

 

Why didn't I receive all the ordered products?
There are several reasons why you did not receive all the products:

Check the email received after completing the order to see if all the products you ordered appear in the final list. The product (s) may be missing from your order during the ordering process.
Check the delivery email to see if any products have been canceled. When we pack your order we can notice that a product is not available. Due to the fact that we do not want to receive the package late, we will deliver what we have in stock at that moment. Missing products will be delivered after they are in stock. This situation is reported in an email in which we inform you of the status of the order and show you everything that was not included in the first installment. You will also be contacted by a representative by phone before preparing the package, in order to receive confirmation that you want partial delivery of the order.
An order can be delivered in several installments and can arrive at different times. Some products may be in stock when you order, others may have "On Order" status. But you can choose to receive the package in stages. Thus, the products in stock will arrive in the mentioned term, while the products "On order" will arrive later. In this case, the shipping cost for each delivery will be borne by you.
